We design equipment with a focus on quality, fit, and function. Our design your own shin guards are developed and produced in Denmark with one purpose: to give players the best possible protection, without compromising freedom of movement and design. Together with our sleeves and grip socks, they create a light and well-thought-out system.

Moldable shin guards

Our mouldable shin guards are fitted in hot water and shaped directly to your leg. The result is a personalized fit that sits snugly and feels natural during play. They are produced in Denmark and designed for players who prioritize comfort, quality, and a clean look. Combine them with our sleeves for a stable solution.

Details make all the difference

Good equipment is about more than one component. Our grip socks are designed to provide a stable grip in the boot and better contact with the ground, while our shin guard sleeves keep the guard in place during matches and training. Frequently asked questions

Shads shin guards are made from a specially developed, heat-activated material that adapts to your shin when heated.

When correctly molded, the shin guards create a snug and personalized fit that naturally follows your leg. This provides maximum comfort, stability, and freedom of movement – both during training and matches.

The individual customization means that the shin guards sit more securely than traditional models and reduces the need for constant adjustment during play.

All our shin guards are produced in Denmark and are developed with a focus on both protection and performance.

It's easy to mold your Shads shin guards – and it only takes a few minutes.

Place one shin guard in a dish and pour very hot water over it (just below boiling point) so it's completely covered.
Leave it for approximately 30 seconds, keeping it moving with a fork or tongs.
Remove it and quickly place it on your shin.
Press it gently so it molds to your leg, and let it cool for approximately 30 seconds.

We recommend using a football sock between the shin guard and your leg so the warm surface does not have direct contact with your skin.

Repeat the process with the other shin guard.

Finally, attach the foam to the back and trim it if necessary for a perfect fit.

You can always repeat the process if you want to adjust the fit.

How to mold your shin guards

Shin guards are a very individual choice when it comes to fit. The most important thing is that they protect you properly. If you are in doubt about the right size, it is recommended to choose one size larger.

For many of our ready-made models, you can add your name and number directly on the product page.

If you want full freedom, you can design your own personalized shin guards with a picture, graphics, name and number, and customize the model and size as needed.

All personalized shin guards are produced individually in Denmark.

Yes. Our shin guards are designed for use in both training and matches and comply with the applicable requirements in organized football.

We typically produce and ship within 1–3 business days. The total delivery time is usually 2–4 business days.

Delivery Denmark DKK 39. Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499.

Delivery within EU DKK 69. Free shipping on purchases over DKK 799.

Delivery rest of the world DKK 99. Free shipping on purchases over DKK 999.

Non-personalised products can be returned within 14 days.

Personalised shin guards cannot be returned, as they are custom-made for you.

We offer free exchange once per customer on non-personalized products. The product must be unused and in original condition.

We will process your case within 28-48 hours.

You have a 2-year right to claim in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to claim covers defects in material and manufacturing.

Yes – we offer custom-designed shin pads for clubs, academies, and partners.

We can customize the design with your club logo, colors, name, and number, so that the players have a uniform and professional look.

All club orders are produced in Denmark and individually quality-assured.
