When you shop at SHADS Football, you always have a 14-day right of return on NON-personalized items from the day you receive your order. This means that you can send unused items back to us for up to 14 days after you received/picked up your package and get your money back.
When you want to return a product, all you have to do is pack it up as you did when you received it. The product must be returned in the condition you received it and be unused.
If you regret a purchase at Shads Football, you must pay to send the item back yourself.
